Equipment Booking & Collection
We encourage pre-booking equipment.
Equipment can be pre-booked up to 22:00 on the day before collection.
Pre-booked equipment will be placed in a locker ready for collection, with a key code provided: Your key code will be the last 4 digits of your student number.
For weekend bookings, please book by 22:00 on Thursday and select the Friday morning collection slot.
Keys must remain within the building at all times and must never be taken off-site.
Equipment must be returned to the same locker and secured.
Please return all keys to the black Key Drop Box adjacent to the MPA Support Centre.
Note that some equipment is only available for collection and return during Helpdesk opening hours.
By booking equipment or spaces, you are agreeing to the conditions of the MPA Agreement.
