YOU CAN NOW BOOK STUDIO, PERFORMANCE SPACE, PRACTICE ROOMS, PRODUCTION ROOMS, RADIO ROOM AND REHEARSAL ROOMS FROM THE SPECIALIST SPACES WIZARD.
Creative Tech and Performing Arts equipment is available to book from the 4th floor LSA418.
Music equipment is available to book from the 5th floor LSA510.

If you are having problems with a piece of equipment you can find user manuals for most items on the item's booking page.
No ID card = No equipment
If you are borrowing any equipment, you must read the LSA Equipment Loan Risk Assessment and ensure your activity is covered by the hazards and control measures of this document. Should you wish to do an activity involving potential hazards not covered by this document, please seek further guidance from your tutor / learning support team.
Equipment must be collected by the agreed date and time of your online booking. Any equipment booking not collected from the specified time will be cancelled, and the equipment made available for others to book.
Please check your equipment upon collection and report any missing items to a member of staff.
Equipment must be returned by the agreed date and time of your online booking. Equipment is only checked in once it has been fully inspected. Equipment can always be returned on your behalf by another person.
It is the users' responsibility to format equipment memory prior to and after use. The support desk cannot be held liable for any loss of data on either external or internal storage media of equipment issued.
The support desk will try to issue the user with a charged battery if required. It is the users' responsibility to check that the batteries are charged.
Please contact us immediately should you not be able to make your allocated time slot.
A late return without communication will result in an equipment booking ban. Any existing bookings belonging to the banned user that have been made during the ban period will be deleted to release the resources for other users to book.
